2. Research, not professional advice
FleetSift provides general software-buying research. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, compliance, cybersecurity or procurement advice. The site does not act as a carrier, broker, TMS vendor or contracting agent for visitors.
3. Vendor information changes
Pricing, packaging, features, integrations, availability and contract terms can change after a page is checked. FleetSift aims to distinguish first-party facts from editorial judgment and publishes verification dates where practical, but buyers remain responsible for obtaining and reviewing the final written vendor proposal and contract.
4. Matcher and editorial rankings
The matcher and comparison verdicts are directional research tools based on published FleetSift criteria. They cannot account for every technical dependency, implementation constraint, negotiated price or regulatory requirement. A shortlist is not a guarantee of suitability.

FleetSift's original text, site design, comparison structure and matcher logic are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Vendor names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References to vendors are descriptive and do not imply endorsement.
8. Acceptable use
You may use FleetSift for lawful research and internal evaluation. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or use the site in a way that infringes third-party rights. Normal search-engine crawling and lawful citation are not prohibited by this clause.
9. Availability
FleetSift may be changed, corrected, expanded, suspended or discontinued. No specific page, vendor listing, ranking position or feature is guaranteed to remain available.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence involving an essential contractual duty, liability is limited, where legally permissible, to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of service. Otherwise liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their habitual residence. Mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
